Buyer/Planner Specialist

We’re entering a pivotal phase of growth and transformation, and we’re looking for a Buyer/Planner Specialist who’s ready to support the purchasing strategy and manage it efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Manage purchasing activities across our manufacturing and distribution operations for the assigned customer segment.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong supplier relationships, both domestically and internationally.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement purchasing best practices and systems to support scalability and efficiency.

What would you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics or a related field
• 5+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, teamwork, results oriented, leadership skills
• Experienced in ERP systems and procurement analytics.
• Leadership roles considered a strong asset
