The Buyer’s Agent at The Grand Junction Group plays a pivotal role in assisting clients throughout every stage of the home purchasing journey. This position requires a deep understanding of clients’ preferences, expert insight into the local market, and the ability to identify and present ideal properties. Responsibilities include organizing property viewings, skillfully negotiating offers, and managing the transaction process to ensure a seamless experience. We seek a professional, approachable individual dedicated to providing outstanding service and fostering lasting client relationships within the Grand Junction community.

Responsibilities

  • Work with buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions
  • Generate and follow up on leads (we help with lead generation too)
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis
  • Guide clients through the buying/selling process with professionalism and care
  • Stay current on market trends, property values, and local inventory
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and stay organized
  • Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license
  • Some real-world experience (even if limited)
  • Full-time availability and hunger to produce
  • Willingness to follow a proven process
