Buyer’s Agent (Full-Time) | Leads Provided

I’m a top-producing listing broker with a consistent flow of buyer inquiries. I’m looking for the right person to step in, take great care of those buyers, and grow alongside a small, high-performing, supportive team.

This isn’t for everyone. You’ll need hustle and heart.

Compensation is strong. Expectations are too.

Who I’m looking for:

  • Licensed agent with a few years of experience and knows the business isn’t easy
  • Has questioned whether this career is sustainable… but isn’t ready to walk away
  • Someone upbeat, personable, and genuinely excited to help people find their home
  • Responsive, hardworking, and operates with integrity, empathy, and transparency

What you’ll need:

  • Living within 20 miles of our Berkeley office w/ your own transportation
  • Hybrid position (50% in-office / 50% in-field) serving Berkeley, Rockridge, Alameda
  • Available full-time M-F + Sunday open houses - when the magic happens
  • You won’t be responsible for lead generation. However, we’re seeking someone with a proven track record, ideally $6M+ annual production from self-generated clients over the past 3 years.

About me: I’ve been in the business for nearly 30 years as a real estate attorney and broker. I run a seller-focused practice built on trust, results, and doing things the right way. I care deeply about my clients and the people I work with. I genuinely love this business after all these years!

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

  • This is a full-time role that typically includes Sunday open houses. Can you share your availability and how that fits with your schedule?
  • Which East Bay markets have you closed transactions in? Please list areas (e.g., Berkeley, Rockridge, Alameda.)
