About the Role…

Data Entry

·        Transcribe data from vendor wholesale portals into Heartland POS

·        Draft purchase orders for buyer approval

·        Promptly execute price adjustments for vendor compliance

Market Support

·        Participate in key review sessions to assemble purchase orders in real time

·        Pull high quality imagery once available to pass to marketing team

·        Assist with maintaining accurate budget sheet

Core Competencies

·        Advanced digital literacy

·        Proficient in navigating diverse software platforms

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite

·        Strong understanding of core Excel functions including filters, cost conversions and lookups

·        Maintain organized inbox

·        Sales and customer service oriented

·        Tailor workflow to enable stylist success and promote cross-functional efficiency

·        Act promptly to support client experience and key sales functions

Retail, Fashion, Luxury Experience

·        Previous experience supporting retail functions beneficial

·        Interest and understanding of luxury fashion preferred
