We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Buying Coordinator with experience in the fashion industry to join our team. In this role, you will support the buying and merchandising teams by coordinating orders, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of products that align with our brand vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services.
  • Maintain and update purchase orders and records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support restocking efforts.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and payments.
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding purchasing needs and updates.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a buying or procurement role within the fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
