About the Role
As part of our growing organizational structure, we are seeking an experienced
Buying & Marketing Director
who will lead our buying, category management, and marketing operations. This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand value, enhancing our product portfolio, and supporting sustainable growth across all sales channels.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,

Minimum 15 years of experience in buying, category management, and marketing,

Advanced command of English,

Strong background in strategic buying, cost management, and supplier relationship management,

Requirement for negotiation experience with large international FMCG manufacturers,
-
Knowledge of Own Brand (Private Label/RB) product management and production processes,
-
Preferably experienced in CRM and E-commerce operations.
Core Responsibilities
Buying & Category Management

Develop short- and long-term category strategies,

Set sales targets, plan budgets & drive profitability,

Strengthening product and brand portfolio performance,
-
Manage relationships with local & international suppliers and manufacturers,

Optimize buying processes and ensure cost control,
-
Track market trends and drive innovation,
-
Develop planogram strategies to improve customer experience,
-
Provide regular commercial insights and updates as a member of the Executive Board.
Marketing Management

Develop marketing & communication strategies,
-
Lead E-commerce & CRM strategy development,
-
Oversee advertising, communication & promotional activities,
-
Plan integrated marketing efforts to boost brand awareness,
-
Drive campaign and promotional strategies.
Rossmann Brands (RB) Management
-
Lead branding & pricing strategies for RB products,
-
Oversee local production processes,
-
Manage sales, profitability & availability KPIs,
-
Ensure smooth execution of import operations.
Leadership
-
Build an efficient team structure & ensure operational excellence,

Align projects with company strategy,
-
Manage buying & marketing budgets,
-
Motivate and engage the team in line with company values,
-
Act as a key liaison between the Executive Board and the team,

Oversee performance and development plans.
