JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing the assigned territory to contribute to sales growth, maintaining a balance between sales, collections, and customer relationships, following up on projects and construction sites, monitoring market trends, promoting the company's products, managing the dealer network, developing new dealerships, and ensuring effective communication and information flow between the company and dealers.
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in the sales of construction products, with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in waterproofing systems, including product applications, sales processes, and market dynamics.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant Engineering/Technical disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales position within the construction materials industry.

Strong knowledge of sales, customer relationship management, dealer management, and business development.

Ability to manage projects and construction site follow-up activities while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Completed military service for male candidates.

Valid driver's license with active driving experience and no travel restrictions.

Preferably proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Capable of preparing and presenting effective reports.
