Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager with strong electrical and instrumentation knowledge. Candidate must be a C-License holder with Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering and 8–10 years of hands-on experience in wiring, control wiring, power wiring, and overall electrical systems.

The role covers mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil maintenance.

He should handle ETP operations, thermic fluid boiler, plant utilities, and all preventive/predictive maintenance activities in a glove manufacturing unit.

Good communication in Tamil & English is required; Hindi is an added advantage. South Tamil Nadu candidates are preferable.

CTC range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinating with TNEB for all electrical activities

* Executing preventive & predictive maintenance

* Preparing and following maintenance schedules

* Planning maintenance budgets and spare requirements

* Handling breakdowns with minimum downtime

* Maintaining maintenance logs, audit readiness, and documentation

* Basic understanding of PLCs & instrumentation for troubleshooting

* Ensuring safety compliance in all maintenance tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
