Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze and resolve Level 3 (L3) product defects in C2M by coordinating with Oracle Support.</li><li>Raise and track Oracle SRs; test and validate Oracle-provided fixes.</li><li>Deploy bundles in SIT/UAT environments, prepare test plans, release notes, and RCAs.</li><li>Work on performance-related issues, legal/statutory requirements, and product bugs.</li></ul> Required Skills: <ul><li>In-depth knowledge of Oracle C2M with focus on SOM, Device Management.</li><li>Experience handling SRs, coordinating with Oracle, and managing patch deployment.</li><li>Proficiency in testing, root cause analysis, and regression testing.</li><li>Understanding of production-equivalent environments and patch workflows.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?FQXNT6u9OH2M%2b6joFBrgcJoMs1YrsoCHl" width="0" height="0" />
