C2M L3 Support Engineers

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve Level 3 (L3) product defects in C2M by coordinating with Oracle Support.

  • Raise and track Oracle SRs; test and validate Oracle-provided fixes.

  • Deploy bundles in SIT/UAT environments, prepare test plans, release notes, and RCAs.

  • Work on performance-related issues, legal/statutory requirements, and product bugs.

Required Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle C2M with focus on SOM, Device Management.

  • Experience handling SRs, coordinating with Oracle, and managing patch deployment.

  • Proficiency in testing, root cause analysis, and regression testing.

  • Understanding of production-equivalent environments and patch workflows.
