Location: Islamabad (I-8/4)
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Pay: PKR 400 – 500 per hour

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly capable, well-educated, and customer-focused Operator/Dispatcher to join our taxi service team. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle email-based tasks, invoicing, and school-run scheduling efficiently. You will be a key point of contact for customers and drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Manage and respond to emails as a primary responsibility
• Coordinate and manage school-run bookings accurately
• Prepare and manage invoicing and billing records
• Take and record taxi bookings using the dispatch system
• Provide fare estimates and service information to customers
• Assign jobs to drivers and monitor trip progress
• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, bookings, and invoices
• Assist with administrative and office tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cab call operator (Required)
• Dispatching experience (Preferred)
• Call center or customer service experience (Essential)
• Well-educated with strong written English skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Confident with computers, email handling, and invoicing systems
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 11 PM
• Familiarity with local area and routes is an advantage

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred)
