Cabin Attendants

We begin recruiting seasonal staff in February of each year to start training for the busy spring and summer months. With Labor Day officially ending summer, we gradually begin reducing our staff to compensate for the change in business demands during the fall and winter months. If an employee is not retained during our off-peak season, but maintained a positive employment record with Catalina Express he/she may be invited to come back the following season.

Minimum 21 years of age, 6 months bartending and/or food service experience; not prone to seasickness; must be able to swim; ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.; must be able to work out of all ports: San Pedro, Long Beach, Dana Point; required pre employment US Coast Guard drug test and required random drug testing upon hire.

Shifts are variable days/times, weekends and holidays required.

Hourly wage begins at $17.99 per hour.
