Cabin Crew Female ( Lahore )

We are seeking dynamic, polished, and fiercely confident female professionals to represent our brand as Cabin Crew. This role is designed for women who possess not just the educational pedigree but the bold personality required to take charge in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will be the face of our airline ensuring safety, delivering impeccable service, and exuding poise under pressure.

Education

· Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from a recognized university.

· Preferred: Degrees in Hospitality, Tourism, Public Relations, Psychology, or Nursing.

· Note: Candidates with exceptional customer service experience may be considered based on the equivalence of their qualifications.*

2. Physical Appearance & Grooming (Professional Standards)

· Gender: Female.

· Age: 21 to 30 years (Flexible for experienced candidates).

· Height: Minimum 5’2” (160 cm) – proportionate to weight.

· Appearance: Impeccable grooming standards. As a brand ambassador, candidates must possess a pleasing and well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings (excluding ears) while in uniform.

· Health: Medically fit with clear eyesight (corrective lenses permitted) and the ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.

Core ResponsibilitiesSafety & Security (Primary)

· Command and Control: Act as the primary safety officer; enforce aviation regulations strictly, even when challenged by passengers.

· Emergency Procedures: Operate emergency equipment, lead evacuations, administer first aid/CPR, and manage security threats.

· Cabin Checks: Conduct pre-flight safety checks of equipment (life vests, oxygen systems, fire extinguishers) with meticulous attention to detail.

Customer Experience

· VIP & Elite Service: Deliver premium service to first-class and business-class passengers with sophistication and discretion.

· Conflict Resolution: Utilize a "bold" approach to de-escalate conflicts, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests is prioritized over appeasing difficult individuals.

· In-Flight Sales: Promote duty-free and onboard products with confidence and persuasive sales techniques.

Operational

· Conduct pre-flight briefings with pilots and crew.

· Prepare and manage catering, inventory, and financial transactions onboard.

· Ensure the cabin is sterile, organized, and meets aesthetic standards prior to boarding.

Skills & Competencies

· Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in [Local Language/Other Languages] is a distinct advantage.

· Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy equipment (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.

· Emotional Intelligence: High EQ to adapt personality style to suit the passenger demographic instantly.

· Swimming Ability: Must be a confident swimmer (certificate required upon selection).

Application Process
