Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Having good analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Having good organizing, coordinating, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude,
  • Being tidy and attentive to details,
  • Good analytical and reporting skills,
  • Being in positive manner both communication and behavior,
  • Being able to handle confidential information,
  • Have general knowledge about aviation.

Tasks:

  • Maintaining and updating the cabin crew member’s /candidates’ files,
  • Following up and filing the forms /booklets copies such as Medical Incident Report, Lost & Found Form & Cabin Defect Book. Preparing and publishing, filing Internal / External company letters, (Up-grades, Memorandums, Meeting Forms... etc.)
  • Performing cabin crew members' data entries to APM software system and keeping up to date,
  • Distributing and assisting the cabin crew/candidate’s uniform, bags, shoes, brevet etc.,
  • Providing necessary coordination with the relevant departments for cabin crew visa processing,
  • Distributing Cabin Notice, which contains procedures, instructions, reminders, regulations, and/or information relevant to safety, security in cabin operation when required via DMS,
  • Preparing the required statistical information,
  • Preparing Cabin Crew Meeting notes,
  • Assisting the Cabin Manager with the preparation of Cabin documentation, when required.
  • Cooperating with Cabin Documentation Coordinator, following the relevant cabin crew documents are distributed to all cabin crew, to A/C‘s and related departments as defined in the DMS,
  • Reviewing and following up on the storage periods of cabin documentations in DMS,
  • Arranging travel and accommodation facilities within the Cabin Management,
  • Maintaining and retrieving Cabin Crew records,
  • Following the Cabin Management document, stocks, printing & delivery processes, perform product initial control upon delivery.
