Cabin Housekeeper (Part-Time, Campground)

Job Description:

At The Higgins Lake Campground, the guest experience starts long before check-in. It starts with walking into a clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared space.

As a cabin housekeeper, you play a key role in creating that first impression. Your work ensures every guest arrives to a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, and ready for their stay.

This is a detail-focused, behind-the-scenes role that directly supports our Guest Experience Team (our Memory Makers) and the overall experience we provide.

What you'll Do

• Clean and prepare cabins between guest stays
• Reset spaces to meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Ensure each cabin feels fresh, sanitized, and guest-ready
• Report any maintenance or supply needs
• Work efficiently to support timely check-ins

This role is focused on consistency, attention-to-detail, and price in your work.

Additional Hour Opportunity

Team members who are looking for more hours can also take on janitorial shifts, which include:

• Cleaning bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchen, and common areas
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout shared spaces
• Supporting overall campground appearance and upkeep

Janitorial shifts are typically:

• 3 hours in length
• Scheduled in the morning or evening/night

Schedule

• Typical Scheduled Days: Sunday-Thursday
• Shifts are typically 4-6 hours long with Fridays shift ending no later than 3pm.
• Seasonal | Part-time | Semi-Flexible Scheduling
• Optional janitorial shifts: morning or evenings
• Flexible opportunities for additional hours
