Ozark Premier Buildings is looking for a confident, motivated sales professional to help customers choose high-quality cabins, sheds, and outdoor buildings.

We are a growing, family-owned company serving Northwest Arkansas. Customers regularly visit our display lot or contact us already interested in purchasing. Your role is to guide them through the buying process, help them choose the right building, and close the sale.

This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales. Customers come to us because they already need a building.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building trust with customers, and being rewarded for performance.

What You’ll Do

• Work with walk-in customers and incoming leads
• Help customers choose the right cabin or shed
• Explain pricing, features, and available options
• Follow up with interested buyers
• Close sales and process orders
• Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth delivery

Who This Role Is For

• Confident and comfortable discussing pricing with customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Enjoys working in a performance-driven sales environment
• Sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales position with strong earning potential.

Our buildings typically range from $5,000 to $80,000+, creating significant commission opportunities.

A motivated salesperson in this role can realistically earn:

$75,000 – $120,000+ per year

Top performers may exceed that depending on performance.
