Cabinet and Trim Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet and Trim Installers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing cabinets, trim, crown molding, and related fixtures, according to provided plans, with precision. This is not an entry level position.

Duties

• Demolition & Disposal: Remove existing kitchens with care, respecting clients' homes and preserving pre-existing elements like water lines, walls, and electrical. Make dump runs with old kitchen materials.
• Cabinet Building & Delivery: Depending on the cabinet line chosen, assemble RTA cabinets and/or carefully load and deliver assembled or pre-built custom cabinets to clients’ homes.
• Measure & Install: Use technical drawings or blueprints to take precise measurements and install cabinets according to plan.
• Trim & Finish Work: Install cabinet pulls, crown molding, fillers, and occasionally build, paint/stain, and install custom trim pieces with precision.
• Organize & Clean: Maintain an organized workspace and trailer, keep tools in order, log time worked, and provide daily updates to supervisors.
• Represent Crowned Cabinets: As a key representative of our team, your professionalism will leave a lasting impression on our clients.

Qualifications

• Professional & Reliable: Punctual, presentable, and trustworthy, with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Adaptable & a Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot on the job and make necessary adjustments to meet client and project expectations with flexibility.
• Skilled & Detail-Oriented: Capable of completing all kitchen installation tasks from start to finish without guidance.
• Independent & Team-Oriented: Receptive to feedback, and comfortable working solo or as a part of a team.

All qualified applicants will be required to do a mandatory skills test at a rate of $20/hour to determine their starting rate $24 and $30. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Trim carpentry: 4 years (Required)
• Crown molding: 2 years (Required)
• Cabinet installation: 2 years (Required)
