Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will play a key role in selling custom cabinet and countertop projects. This position involves working in our Waipahu showroom, meeting with clients, visiting job sites, pricing jobs accurately, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with new and existing clients, including homeowners, contractors, and designers—to assess their cabinet and countertop needs
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, ads, and showroom visits
  • Create accurate, competitive project estimates while clearly outlining pricing, materials, and timelines
  • Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and support throughout the sales process
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating new business opportunities
  • Conduct consultations and project assessments onsite at our Waipahu showroom
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure projects meet customer expectations and stay on schedule
  • Deliver outstanding service and uphold the company’s reputation through professionalism and reliability

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of cabinet or home improvement sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet products, materials, and layouts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits

Compensation:

  • Annual commission range of $60k-$250k
  • Commission based: 5% on gross sales
  • 1099 contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
