artisans work with our customers to

pantries and deliver the highest level of

personalized custom craftsmanship.

Designer Program Description

As a Designer with Art of Drawers, you will:

1. Lead in-home sales consultations

2. Receive training on all products and processes

3. Have access to our proprietary Canvas™ technology to manage your schedule,

prospects, and sales uploads.

4. Get assistance from the Art of Drawers Sales Support Center in managing

appointments, including reminders and follow-up calls.

5. Earn sales commissions up to 18%

Earn up to 18% commission on Designer Self-Generated Appointments.

Earn up to 9% commission on Company Generated Appointments.

Your Responsibilities

Keep Canvas™ calendar up to date for scheduling

Conduct professional in-home sales consultations

Promptly upload all sales documentation to Canvas™

Complete initial Designer Training and meet certification requirements

Possess basic computer skills and have access to a laptop

Your Support/Training

8 hours of initial Designer Training on products, sales techniques, and Canvas™ software

A Designer Kit with samples and materials for creating transformative solutions

Initial sales materials for your first 20 appointments

Business cards

Tablet for showcasing completed projects

Your Commitment

$500 deposit for Designer Kit, refundable after your 10th sale or upon kit return

Complete 5 practice appointments

Achieve one self-generated sale before taking on pre-set Art of Drawers appointments

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
