The Role

We're looking for a high-performing, luxury-level Kitchen & Bath Designer who thrives on delivering a world-class client experience.

This isn’t a sit-and-wait position. We’re looking for a designer who can own the customer journey from hello to install. Success in this role depends on your hustle.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a high-end, consultative design experience from showroom visit to project completion
• Meet with walk-in clients and showroom appointments across two available locations
• Prepare design presentations and detailed project quotes that wow
• Help close high-ticket remodels and product packages while maintaining strong margins
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Must have experience in cabinet design.
• Strong design sensibility and a passion for exceeding client expectations
• Self-motivated
• High integrity and team-focused—no lone wolves here
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Availability to work in Chandler and/or Phoenix locations
