This role combines cabinet design, project coordination, scheduling, ordering, and communication. You'll help move projects from initial concept through production while keeping details organized and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate enjoys working on a computer, managing multiple projects at once, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail are just as important to us as design experience.

Ivy Cabinets is a mid- to high-end cabinet shop serving Northwest Arkansas. We provide both manufacturer cabinetry and custom in-house cabinetry, giving our team the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

About the Role

In this position you'll help guide projects from design through production.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing kitchens, baths, and built-ins using 2020 Design (Design Flex)
• Preparing customer presentations and design revisions
• Ordering cabinets, parts, and components
• Managing project timelines and design schedules
• Tracking revisions, specifications, and project details
• Coordinating with customers, vendors, and our internal team
• Assisting with custom projects using Mozaik (experience is a plus but not required)

Qualifications

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds including:

• Cabinet design
• Interior design
• Architecture or architectural drafting
• Millwork and woodworking
• Estimating or project coordination
• Construction administration

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to take ownership and see projects through to completion

Experience with 2020 Design is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who brings strong organizational and project management skills.

Compensation

$50,000 – $65,000 starting range depending on experience, software proficiency, and ability to contribute immediately.

There is significant opportunity for growth into the $65,000 – $70,000+ range as responsibilities increase and you take ownership of larger projects.
