Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer & Salesperson to join our team. This role combines creative design, customer interaction, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the design process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand their design goals, needs, and budget
• Develop custom cabinet layouts and concepts based on client requirements
• Create detailed 3D renderings using Cabinet Vision software
• Assist customers in selecting materials, finishes, hardware, and other design options
• Perform on-site field measurements to ensure accurate project specifications
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure project accuracy
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and product offerings

Qualifications:

• Experience in cabinet design, interior design, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Cabinet Vision (or similar design software) strongly preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform field measurements

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
