Cabinet Field Quality Assurance Inspector

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented Field Quality Assurance Inspector to oversee and inspect cabinet installations completed by subcontractors. This role ensures all installations meet company standards, design specifications, and customer expectations before project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of cabinet installations
• Verify installations meet layout plans, color selections, and specifications
• Identify workmanship issues, damage, missing components, or incorrect installations
• Ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Document findings with detailed notes and photos
• Communicate deficiencies clearly to subcontractors and management
• Confirm corrections are completed properly
• Assist in preventing repeat installation errors
• Maintain professional interaction with homeowners and builders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or finish work preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read cabinet layouts and installation drawings
• Knowledge of cabinet alignment, leveling, scribing, and finishing standards
• Comfortable working in residential and job site environments
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

Preferred Skills

• Construction or remodeling background
• Understanding of bumb/punch lists and warranty processes
• Ability to work independently
• Basic technology skills (photos, email, reporting)

**Must have a valid and clean drivers license.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
