Cabinet Field Representative

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for a Cabinet Filed Representative to join our team!

$50,000 to $58,000, salary based on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the complete inspection/servicing cabinet installations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Communicate with builders and project managers daily
• Inspect job site prior to installation to ensure everything is within specifications
• Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion
• Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements/repairs/adjustments as needed and communicate with installers
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Have at least one year experience in cabinetry/flooring installation or equivalent.
3. Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices.
4. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
5. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
6. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
7. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
8. Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
9. Must be a good communicator.
10. Required to pass drug test and subject to random testing.
