Cabinet & Hardware Sales - Design Rep

Overview: Looking to add a secondary kitchen designer/sales representative for our small Cabinet showroom.

Full-Time: The ideal candidate is helpful, organized, and a “people person” with a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude. They will provide support in the following areas: walk-in customers, store appearance, and cabinet designs (kitchen/bathroom/laundry room and more).

Shift:

• Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Help clients choose products that meet their needs (hardware or cabinetry)
• Provide outstanding customer service, using professionalism and patience
• Create 2D & 3D renderings for cabinet projects
• Manage and follow up with leads, ensuring excellent communication and organization
• Process and pull product orders for walk-in customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom and reception area
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen design using software such as 2020, KCD, or SketchUp
• Strong math and writing skills
• Comfortable using computers and design programs
• Available to work Saturdays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up with customers
• Confident in sales and comfortable guiding customers toward the right products
• A warm, friendly personality that makes customers feel at ease
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation

• $40,560 - $47,840 annually, based on experience
• 90-day probationary period, with a potential pay increase upon successful performance review
• Bonus/comission opportunities for reaching sales goals

Pay: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour
