Cabinet Installation Logistics Manager

Job Description:

Greenwich Kitchen Center has been in business for over 40 years and is seeking motivated individuals who want to work in the construction industry for a kitchen and bath cabinetry contractor. You will be part of our team dedicated to quality and customer service, constructing beautiful kitchens and bathrooms that fulfill the expectations of our clients.

The Cabinet Installation Logistics Manager will work with the Greenwich Installers, VP of Builder Sales, General Manager, Warehouse Manager, Purchasing and Administrative Assistants to coordinate and schedule installation of cabinetry, cabinetry punch list activities, cabinetry troubleshooting activities.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy while efficiently managing builder and remodel kitchen and bathroom delivery, installation and service requests, customer expectations, replacement parts status, and punchlist activities to achieve 100% job completion and customer satisfaction.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • 10 years of residential construction experience
  • Significant cabinet experience
  • Able to read plans and/or schematics
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook experience
  • Buildertrend experience is a Plus
  • Knowledge of the Hampton Roads and Northeastern NC area is a Plus
  • Construction Management Degree is a Plus
  • Attention to detail
  • References

Position Requirements:

  • Function as the point of contact for delivery, installation and service requests
  • Meet installers each day for a report on prior day and confirm the go forward schedule
  • Coordinate material availability with cabinet service scheduling priorities
  • Schedule daily builder deliveries, installations, material pick up, service activities
  • Schedule daily retail / remodel deliveries, retail countertop template, countertop installations and service activities
  • Maintain, update, distribute the Production and Parts/Service schedules
  • Pre-check retail job site measurements prior to cabinet order and check retail jobsite readiness for installation prior to cabinet delivery
  • Assist other logistics requirements as needed
  • Assist warehouse as needed
  • Must be able to work full time, 40 hours per week
  • Valid Virginia driver's license
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Able to pass drug screening
