Cabinet installation manager/assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Installation Manager/Assistant to lead and support the installation of custom cabinetry and related fixtures. Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with cabinet installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry, fixtures, and related components using hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule work and ensure smooth workflow
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for installation while maintaining safety standards on-site
• Assist with framing, drywall preparation, caulking, flooring installation, and other related carpentry tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; inspect completed work for quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinet installation or related fields
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and metal stud framing techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols; ability to perform heavy lifting safely
• Familiarity with fabrication processes including woodworking, metalworking or CNC machinery is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to adapt quickly on-site
• Prior experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage remediation or mold remediation is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
