Cabinet Maker – Commercial Millwork

Arrow Design is a growing commercial millwork company specializing in architectural casework and custom fabrication. We are seeking a Cabinet Maker who is hungry to learn and takes pride in precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

This is a professional production shop environment with structured systems, modern equipment, and long-term growth opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings
• Fabricate and assemble commercial casework
• Operate shop equipment including routers, panel saw, edge bander, shaper, planer, table saw, miter saw and related machinery
• Work with laminate, Melamine, Veneer, MDF, hardwood, and other millwork products
• Maintain quality standards and efficient material usage
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Qualifications

• 2+ years cabinet shop or millwork experience preferred (entry level positions available)
• Ability to read fabrication drawings independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working in a production shop environment

Compensation

• $21–$30 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• Full-time position

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
