Cabinet Maker / Architectural Millworker

Join our growing custom architectural millwork shop in Bloomsbury, NJ, crafting high-end cabinetry and woodwork for commercial and residential projects. We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker with strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and the ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, wall panels, and related components according to shop drawings and specifications.
• Safely and accurately operate woodworking machinery, including CNC equipment, panel saws, edge banders, sanders, and hand tools.
• Install and fit doors, drawers, hinges, slides, pulls, and other hardware with precision.
• Work closely with engineering, finishing, and production teams to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, fit, and craftsmanship before finishing and shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cabinetmaking, architectural millwork, or custom woodworking.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and measurements accurately.
• Experience with veneering, laminating, edge banding, and joinery techniques.
• Experience operating woodworking machinery and production equipment.
• Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, CNC programming, or Microvellum is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
