Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet-Maker/Finish Worker to join our design & build team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and finishing custom cabinetry and woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality residential, commercial, and restoration projects, ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, trim, doors, and other woodwork using hand tools and power tools.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, caulking, plastering, or finishing to achieve a polished look.
• Fabricate components in the shop or on-site using woodworking machinery
• Assist with framing carpentry

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on finish work and cabinet fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site protocols.
• Skilled in using hand tools such as chisels, saws, drills; power tools including sanders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Valid experience in working on construction sites with safety awareness and adherence to protocols. Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
