Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and designers to interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings for cabinet manufacturing.
• Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and project timelines.
• Utilize cabinet design software mozaik, help implement a schedule system, and track project progress effectively.
• Supervise and coordinate with shop floor team, ensuring proper supervision and safety protocols are followed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, and construction documents accurately to meet project specifications.
• Assist in proper ordering of materials
• Maintain detailed documentation of project milestones, and change orders throughout the manufacturing process.

Skills

• Proven management skills with supervising experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and quality control processes.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including supervision of teams and coordination of resources. Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
