CP&W is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Builder. No prior experience is required, but experience in cabinetry or trim carpentry is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of high-quality custom cabinets.
• Follow detailed drawings and specifications to assemble cabinetry.
• Measure and cut materials accurately using appropriate tools.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in cabinet building or manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using tape measures, calipers, and other measurement devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
