Cabinet Sales Associate / Designer – Base Pay + Commission

Land of Cabinets is a locally owned cabinet wholesale and showroom business located in Richmond, VA.

We specialize in high-quality kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, and design services for contractors, builders, and homeowners.

As a small business, we value teamwork, honesty, and personalized service for every customer.
Our goal is to help clients create beautiful and functional spaces at affordable prices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with cabinet selections and layout designs
• Provide excellent customer service and manage sales from start to finish
• Learn or use 2020 Design software to create layouts and maintain showroom displays
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals
• Maintain a professional and organized showroom appearance

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service (cabinet or countertop sales a plus)
• Interest in design and willingness to learn 2020 Design software
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Experience in cabinetry, home improvement, or interior design is preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
