Cabinet Sales & Design Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 2020 Design software and CAD tools, with a passion for home improvement, kitchen layout, and customer service excellence. You’ll be responsible for supporting retail and Pro customers from consultation through design and closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom kitchen and bath layouts using 2020 Design and CAD software.

• Guide customers through product selection (cabinets, countertops, sinks, tile, etc.).

• Conduct professional in-store design consultations.

• Develop and maintain your personal book of business, including Pro clients and referrals.

• Coordinate with Sales and Operations team to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Generate quotes, review design sign-offs, and submit complete orders.

• Participate in SHINE customer service training and apply CasaPro’s Big 3 principles

Skills

• Proficient in 2020 Design software and CAD layout tools.

• 2+ years experience in kitchen & bath design or home improvement sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.

• Self-starter with time management and organization skills.

• Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) a plus.

• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
