We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Salesperson / Kitchen & Interior Designer to join our team and collaborate with our in-house architectural design group and clients.

This is a client-facing, sales-oriented role focused on guiding clients through the design, selection, and purchasing process for cabinetry and interior finishes on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to develop kitchen layouts, cabinetry designs, and overall interior concepts
• Design kitchens and cabinetry using 2020 Design software
• Assist clients with selection of fixtures, finishes, and materials including:
• Plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets)
• Hardware and accessories
• Lighting fixtures
• Tile, countertops, and related finishes
• Present cohesive design packages that align with client vision and budget
• Guide clients through selections and purchasing decisions to successfully close projects
• Coordinate closely with our in-house architectural team and project managers
• Manage cabinet orders, revisions, and vendor communications
• Work with manufacturers such as Fabuwood and Plain & Fancy (or similar lines)
• Guide clients from initial concept through final selections and project completion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cabinet sales, kitchen design, and interior selections
• Proficiency in 2020 Design (required)
• Strong eye for design, space planning, and material coordination
• Knowledge of fixtures, finishes, and current design trends
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to guide and close clients
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

Compensation & Structure:

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Commission on cabinet sales and design-related upgrades
• Performance-based incentives tied to project volume
• Total Compensation Potential: $80,000 – $120,000+
