Full Job DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Shop Helper / Installer to support our cabinet installation team.This is a hands-on position working both in the shop and on job sites.No subcontractors &mdash; this is a W2 full-time role.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Installations</li><li>Load and unload cabinets and materials</li><li>Help with cabinet assembly in the shop</li><li>Deliver cabinets to job sites</li><li>Repair services</li><li>Support day-to-day operations</li></ul>Work Structure<ul><li>Mix of shop work and job site assistance</li><li>40 hours per week</li><li>Consistent, year-round work</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Comfortable working with tools and hands</li><li>Able to lift and move cabinets/materials</li><li>Reliable and on time</li><li>Willing to learn and take direction</li><li>Basic construction or remodeling experience</li></ul>Important<ul><li>Full-time W2 position only</li><li>No subcontractors or crews</li></ul>Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per weekWork Location: In person
