Cabinet Vision Draftsman / Designer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Vision draftsman to join our custom cabinetry and woodworking team in San Fernando, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating detailed shop drawings, cut lists, and renderings using Cabinet Vision software. This role is key in ensuring projects are drawn accurately and efficiently for production.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed cabinet and millwork drawings using Cabinet Vision software
• Prepare cut lists, shop drawings, and renderings for approval and production
• Interpret architectural and designer plans into buildable drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, shop team, and installers to ensure accuracy
• Revise drawings as needed and maintain version control

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with Cabinet Vision (required)
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, woodworking, and materials
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and architectural plans
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with shop staff and management

Preferred:

• Experience with CNC integration and optimizing cut lists
• Familiarity with custom cabinetry, closets, and millwork beyond standard cabinets

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
