Mountain Showcase is hiring a full-time team member for our Hardwood Department. This is a hands-on manufacturing position in our custom cabinet shop where you will help turn raw lumber into precision cabinet parts such as doors, drawer boxes, face frames, and other components used in high-end cabinetry.

You do Not need years of cabinet experience to succeed here. In fact, we are open to candidates from many backgrounds. We can train the right person. What matters most is that you are dependable, accurate, willing to learn, and ready to take pride in doing important work the right way.

No experience preferred

You do not need decades of woodworking experience. We are more interested in who you are than where you have worked.

People can do well in this role if they come from backgrounds such as:

• manufacturing

• automotive or mechanical work
• other hands-on, physical, detail-oriented jobs

If you are coachable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work, we want to talk with you.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand for long shifts
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day

Schedule

Monday–Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay

$18.00 – $26.00+ per hour
Based on ability, attitude, and overall fit
