Killowen Cabinet Co. is a high-end custom cabinetry shop based in Heber City, Utah. We specialize in detail-driven, custom residential work and pride ourselves on craftsmanship, clarity, and strong internal systems.

We are growing and looking to add a Cabinetry Design & Operations Specialist to support our drafting and design workflow.

Position Overview

This role bridges design and production. You will translate design intent into clear, buildable shop drawings while helping maintain organization and flow between the office and shop.

This is a technical, detail-oriented position suited for someone who understands cabinetry construction and enjoys precision work.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed shop drawings using CAD and/or SketchUp
• Coordinate closely with designers, project managers, and shop leadership
• Resolve constructability issues before projects reach engineering
• Maintain organized drawing files and revision control
• Support smooth handoff from design to fabrication

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials
• Ability to read architectural and interior design drawings
• 1–3+ years experience in cabinet drafting, millwork drafting, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Bonus: Working knowledge of Mozaik Cabinet Software
