Job Description: As a Full-Time Cabinetry Design Representative at Abodian, you will play a pivotal role in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional kitchen and bath designs for our clients. Your expertise will help homeowners and builders bring their vision to life, while maximizing sales and achieving customer satisfaction. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and be comfortable making presentations. Fostering and maintaining client relationships, to enhance sales and additional opportunities. Generate leads and maintain your client database, including preparing sales contracts and ensuring a smooth process for the client.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients

• Actively prospect to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Respond to and follow up with leads via phone, email, text, and in-person visits
• Clearly communicate product offerings and company capabilities to clients
• Design cabinetry solutions tailored to client needs and project requirements
• Set and manage realistic expectations regarding timelines, pricing, and deliverables
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to gather design and project details
• Manage and grow sales within assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Assist in planning, hosting, and attending industry events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cabinetry sales and designing
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of design construction, preferably custom homes or high-end multi-family projects
• Experience using CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Mozaik (or similar design software)
• Established industry connections or a book of business is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation Note

This position includes a base draw plus commission structure. Total earnings are performance-based and dependent on sales results.
