Cabinetry & Design Sales Consultant

We are hiring a Cabinetry & Design Sales Consultant to lead the client experience inside our showroom.

This role is responsible for engaging clients, guiding material selections, and converting interest into cabinetry, materials, and design-build projects.

You should have a strong design sensibility and be comfortable discussing layouts, finishes, and how decisions come together in a real home. You should also be confident talking through pricing, options, and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients visiting the showroom
• Lead conversations around cabinetry, materials, and overall design direction
• Guide clients through selections including cabinetry, stone, fixtures, and finishes
• Help clients understand options, pricing ranges, and tradeoffs
• Convert showroom visits and inbound leads into sales opportunities
• Support early-stage layout and design conversations
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with internal design and project teams as needed

Qualifications

• Background in interior design, kitchen design, or related field preferred
• Experience working in a showroom or client-facing design role preferred
• Strong ability to communicate design ideas clearly and confidently
• Comfortable discussing budgets, pricing, and options with clients
• Sales experience preferred, but not required if strong design background and personality
• Highly organized and responsive
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly

• Clients feel engaged, confident, and excited in the showroom
• Showroom visits convert into cabinetry and materials sales
• Leads are followed up with consistently and professionally
• Clients move from browsing to making decisions
• The showroom becomes a meaningful driver of revenue

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
