Cabinetry Designer & Sales Consultant

Kenyon Noble Lumber & Hardware is looking to expand our cabinetry and kitchen design team, specializing in custom and semi-custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on exceptional design, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Cabinet Designer & Sales Consultant to join our team. This role combines design expertise with strong sales ability to guide clients from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has experience in kitchen and bath design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget
• Create detailed cabinet layouts and renderings using design software
• Present design concepts and product selections to clients
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
• Stay current on design trends, materials, and product offerings

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet design, kitchen & bath design, or interior design preferred
• Proficiency in cabinet design software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of cabinetry construction and materials is a plus

Compensation

• Base salary DOE
• Monthly commisions
• Excellent Benefit Package

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
