Webb Cabinetry Design is a growing cabinetry company based in Spanish Fork, Utah. We generated $1.2M in revenue last year and continue to expand. We offer 7+ cabinet lines across multiple price points, allowing us to serve entry-level to high-end clients. Our showroom, software, marketing support, and install crew are already in place.

We are hiring a local, driven designer who can design, estimate, sell, and bring in new business.

This is not an order-taking position. This is a revenue-producing role.

Position Overview

The Senior Cabinetry Designer & Sales Producer is responsible for:

• Generating new leads and building referral networks
• Designing cabinetry layouts using ProKitchen (training provided if needed)
• Estimating projects and presenting proposals
• Closing residential cabinetry sales
• Managing install coordination with our install crew
• Delivering a strong client experience from consultation through completion

You will be expected to manage your pipeline and grow revenue.

Performance Expectations

• $100,000 in closed sales within the first 90 days
• $1,000,000 annual sales target
• Active self-generated lead development
• Install coordination and project oversight

This role requires ownership and accountability.

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
On-Target Earnings at $1M in Sales: Approximately $65,000 total compensation
High Performers ($1M+ in Sales): $80,000 – $90,000+ total compensation

Bonuses available based on:

• Sales volume
• Profitability

Commissions are paid annually. Salary is paid bi-monthly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cabinetry, kitchen, or bath design experience
• Proven ability to sell and close projects
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to self-generate business
• Comfortable managing install coordination
• Utah-based and willing to travel within service area

Experience with ProKitchen or similar design software preferred.
