CAD & Creative Designer (Architecture & Exhibition)

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Drafting: Produce precise 2D architectural drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD or similar software.
• 3D Modeling: Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for project presentations.
• Image Editing: Use Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to touch up designs, create textures, and enhance visual assets.
• AI Integration: Actively use AI generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or DALL-E) to brainstorm concepts and generate graphics for efficient project workflows.
• Collaboration: Communicate daily with the project lead to refine designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven work experience in CAD architectural drawing and 3D modeling.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
• AI Tools: Comfortable using AI-powered tools for design and graphic generation.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Mindset: A fast learner with a passion for emerging design technologies.
• Preference: Candidates from the Philippines or Southeast Asia are highly encouraged to apply.
