We are hiring an experienced Civil & Structural CAD Designer with a strong background in the oil & gas industry and onshore facility projects, who is proficient in advanced CAD tools and international design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze the civil & structural scope of work for proposals and execution projects.

• Develop accurate 3D models of steel and concrete structures using PDMS, E3D, TEKLA, CAD Worx, and AutoCAD.
• Generate detailed 2D drawings (GA & detail drawings) from 3D models in line with client and company standards.
• Model and detail foundations, steel structures, and concrete structures as per project requirements.
• Prepare preliminary MTOs during proposals and detailed MTOs during project execution.
• Perform clash checks in TEKLA / PDMS / E3D and ensure timely resolutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Import/export reference models across TEKLA, PDMS/E3D, and CADWorx environments.
• Conduct vendor drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project and client specifications.
• Support site engineering teams during project execution, commissioning, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Euro Codes, etc.) in all deliverables.
• Participate actively in design reviews, revision control, and effective implementation of change management.
• Comply with HSSE standards to maintain safe and effective work practices across design and site environments.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 + years of experience in the oil & gas industry with focus on onshore production facility engineering projects.
• Strong expertise in 3D & 2D CAD design tools: PDMS, E3D, TEKLA, CAD Worx, AutoCAD.
• Hands-on knowledge of structural modeling, detailing, and drawing generation for onshore projects.
• Exposure to design requirements for civil materials, foundations, and structures.
• Good knowledge of international design standards, detailing practices, and material specifications.

Desired Skills

• Experience in structural steel and concrete detailing for onshore projects.
• Proficiency in TEKLA user connections, macros, and model checking.
• Familiarity with clash detection tools and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and quality-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
