CAD Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating accurate and innovative residential designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp. If you enjoy hands-on design work in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed residential designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to refine design concepts.
• Prepare drawings, plans, and documentation for construction purposes.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and presentation.
• Assist with project planning and occasional site visits when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience with residential design projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a family-oriented work environment.

Preferred/Additional Skills:

• 3D modeling and rendering experience is a plus.
• Experience creating VR walkthroughs is a bonus.
