CAD Designer

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer to support the design and documentation of our modular wall system projects. This role is an essential part of our process — turning architectural concepts and client requirements into precise shop drawings and production-ready plans that guide fabrication and installation. The CAD Designer will work closely with our project managers and fabrication team to design and manufacture our wall system.

In this role, you’ll translate architectural drawings into detailed layouts, elevations, and component drawings used throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll assist in reviewing client plans, coordinating revisions, and ensuring that design documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with production needs. This position offers exposure to both the creative and technical sides of interior construction — combining design understanding with practical problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Background or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or Engineering

Familiarity with construction drawings, building plans, and shop drawing standards

Basic understanding of materials, dimensions, and spatial layout principles

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design intent accurately

Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with project teams

Experience or coursework with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is helpful but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
