Dykstra Associates PC is seeking a CAD Designed with experience in site civil design and drafting to join our team out of Sussex County, New Jersey. This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD Designer located in Andover, NJ. The CAD Designer will be responsible for drafting civil engineering design plans for land development, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Perform drafting tasks related to grading, drainage, utility layout, roadways, and erosion control. Create design documents using AutoCAD Carlson Land Desktop and other relevant software. Compile and prepare permit applications, and supporting documentation for local, state, and federal agencies. Collaborate on project work with survey and landscape architecture teams. Provide support to project managers with design deliverables, QA/QC reviews, and responses to feedback. Research local codes, ordinances, and design standards to meet project requirements. Participate in internal design meetings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing Civil Engineering site plans
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
