  • Assist in calendar and project pipeline management to keep aligned with deadlines.
  • Review all incoming drawing requests for initial information and acceptance.
  • Provide drafting support for revisions, as-built drawings, and addenda as projects evolve.
  • Collaborate with other designers and sales reps to refine concept renderings and presentation materials when needed.
  • Ensure drawings and documents meet industry standards (ADA, ASTM, CPSC) and internal quality checks/standards.
  • Communicate effectively with sales consultants, project managers, and construction staff to clarify scope and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or technical diploma in CAD, Drafting, Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in drafting, CAD design, or construction-related documentation (internships or entry-level positions acceptable).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required; familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or other rendering software preferred. Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite products is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, site plans, or technical layouts.
  • Experience balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing file systems, templates, and calendars.

  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to take direction and grow into more advanced design responsibilities over time.
