Job Summary

Westates Construction is seeking an experienced Revit Drafter / Designer to plan, design, and manage residential and small commercial projects. You will collaborate with a small, dedicated team focused primarily on residential developments — including single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments — along with occasional small commercial projects.

This role involves designing, creating detailed drawings in Revit, coordinating with external engineers and consultants, and supporting the construction team throughout the build process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project designer and design coordinator
• Produce detailed design drawings in Revit
• Coordinate drawings with consultants and engineers
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and architectural standards
• Help establish and maintain design criteria and standards
• Manage the permitting process for assigned projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce high-quality drawings efficiently
• Strong working knowledge of building codes and architectural standards
• Ability to read and coordinate with engineering drawings
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the architectural field
• Experience in interior and exterior design a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
