We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD & Revit Draftsman to support our architecture team with high-quality technical drawings and BIM documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documents using CAD and Revit ( BIM)
• Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings in coordination with the design team
• Produce BIM models, coordinate drawing sets, and maintain drawing standards
• Assist architects with design revisions, detailing, and document control
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with local codes, regulations, and project requirements
• Organize and maintain drawing files, both digital and printed
• Collaborate with team members across disciplines and project phases

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting Technology
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting, including working on construction documentation
• Proficient in CAD and Revit (BIM) (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Basic understanding of local building codes and standards
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in a BIM environment and with coordination tools
• Familiarity with Navisworks, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling/rendering tools
• Experience with interior fit-out or façade detailing is a plus
• Exposure to LEED/sustainable design documentation (optional)
